I ordered flowers for my Mom for Mother's Day. I notice now that for Mother's Day you don't have the option to chose the flowers you want on the website. I suppose it is easier for the florist, but does nothing for the consumer. While the flowers were lovely, they weren't what I would have chosen. Also, I opted to have a Mother's Day card delivered with it that never arrived. Instead, they included the default tiny card in a tiny envelope with the message. I would think that if the card were unavailable, they would have informed me prior and credited my account the additional $6. I have given Loyalist four stars because my mother loved the flowers and the service was very good overall, but may reconsider using them again as they shortchanged me. Communication is key, even when you're busy.
