I have been ordering from Loyalist for years because I love the quality of the flowers and the trustworthiness of the service.I gave four stars because I ordered the Premium "In the Pink" arrangement for my mother's birthday which was supposed to be primarily vivid fuchsia/pink flowers with vivid greens in a square rose-pink vase. The arrangement that was delivered, while beautiful, was a primarily pale pinks, with fuchsia accents and a vase which does not look as nice as the one in the picture. Unfortunately, the vase had been a factor in my selection of this arrangement.I debated giving three stars because I felt that the arrangement delivered ultimately materially deviated from what I thought I was ordering, however I left it at 4-stars because the product my mother delivered was high-quality and she still felt it was beautiful. I think however that if you need to make these types of substitutions, that you should contact the buyer to make them aware or give them options.

I was always skeptical of ordering online. Not knowing what outcome will be regarding quality. Discovered Loyalist Flowers while back. Ordering from many provinces away. Each time ive used the site. Different receivers, different occassion. Its been an amazing display, quality of flowers etc. Very happy recipients. And happy customer.
